Smokey Burnouts Edition
Going to visit my girlfriend in Kentucky/Nashville for her birthday and a 3 day weekend in a couple weeks. On top of getting a pretty solid deal on my flights ($178 total, which is good for ORD to BNA), I nabbed a standard sports car rental, Ford Mustang or similar (which from what I’ve read means either a Camaro or MX-5), for $84 ($122 after fees/taxes/bullshit). Figured it’d be fun to have something a little sportier than a Nissan with a CVT while I’m down there.
Let the rental burnouts begin! Crowds beware! (Assuming I get the Mustang that is)

Technically the resource I found just said MX-5, no generation or MY designation, so it could be an NC. But they do tend to have the newest models when it comes to rentals, at least they seem to for the Mustang and Camaro.

Either way, just having a Miata at all seems wild to me. I could imagine most people guffawing at how small the car is. I mean sure the newer ones are larger but they are still tiny compared to Mustang/Camaro. I'd just be surprised normal folk would want that. I would be ecstatic but I know I like most Oppos are not normal.

It seems like most reports of them are down unda, in ‘Stralia and NZ, but I’ve found pictures that seem to show NCs, at the very least, rented state-side. I know I’ll probably end up in a Mustang or Camaro though. I’ll do some looking to see if I can spot a Miata haha

Lol well I just meant the two ‘murcian rides.
I was just going off something I found online that the “Standard Sports Car Mustang or similar” meant a Mustang, Camaro, or MX-5. They very well could have mixed up the convertible ones too though.
